Terms of Service

By accessing or using PingVaults, you agree to these terms. The service is operated by Brightcore Technologies LLC. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

• Use a long, unique recovery phrase, share it through a separate channel, and keep it out of the vault and recovery prompt text.
• Keep exported metadata and a tested offline decryptor in an appropriate location.
• Confirm your contact addresses, schedule, wallet instructions, devices, and legal plan remain current.
• Obtain permission before entering another person’s email address or data.
• Protect your devices and account session and test recovery with non-production assets before relying on it.

When you save a vault, ciphertext is submitted for permanent storage through Irys and Arweave. You authorize that publication. PingVaults cannot delete, recall, or overwrite an earlier Arweave transaction. Editing creates a new transaction. Do not upload illegal content or any plaintext or metadata you are unwilling to retain permanently.

Current features and prices are shown on the pricing and Stripe checkout pages. Annual subscriptions renew through Stripe until canceled. You can manage or cancel an active subscription through the billing portal; cancellation takes effect according to the billing terms shown there. Lifetime access means access to the current Lifetime plan while PingVaults operates and does not guarantee every future add-on or perpetual operation of the company. Refund requests sent to info@pingvaults.com are reviewed individually and are not guaranteed except where required by law.

You may not use PingVaults to violate law, infringe rights, distribute malware, abuse or probe systems without authorization, interfere with other users, or store content you are not authorized to process. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users, providers, or the service.

We aim to operate PingVaults reliably but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, email delivery, gateway availability, a particular recovery result, or that any contact will act correctly. Features, limits, providers, and prices may change. Export and test your recovery materials so the plan does not depend on one website or notification.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties not expressly stated here. Brightcore Technologies LLC is not responsible for lost keys, lost assets, guessed recovery phrases, incorrect instructions, failed notifications, unauthorized access, or decisions made from educational content. Liability that cannot legally be excluded remains subject to applicable law.

You may stop using the service and request deletion of deletable application records. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, abuse, legal requirements, security risk, or discontinuation. Termination cannot remove permanent Arweave transactions and may not end obligations that by their nature survive.

We may update these terms as the service changes. The date above identifies the current version. Continued use after an effective update means you accept the updated terms, subject to applicable law. Questions can be sent to info@pingvaults.com.
